Pre-orders will be charged to your credit card shortly before Mysa ships, which will begin February 2018 for our earliest customers, and the most recent pre-orders will be sent in March 2018. You are free to make any changes or cancellations to your order before then. In the case of any changes to the shipment schedule, we will update you via email. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Refunds

All Mysa pre-orders are subject to a 30-day money back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with Mysa for any reason, email us at support@getmysa.com and we can offer a full refund on the purchase price, not including shipping. Manufacturing defects and malfunction are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of order shipment. Pre-orders have one additional year of warranty.
