Good news! In our previous communications, we noted that there was a slight delay because of US certified components. Well, guess what? That’s finally taken care of, and we have the all-clear to start shipping to every single pre-order customer! Yay!
It’s definitely true that building a very high quality smart, consumer electronic product from the ground up and manufacturing it in North America took a bit more time than we anticipated. But we are confident to fulfill all pre-orders over the next few weeks, manufacturing is at steady-state and our fulfillment center is handling orders every day.
