Visit Hilo's website and order your hub at no cost. Select Mysa as your smart thermostat during sign-up. Already have a Hilo Hub? Skip to step 2.

Choose the Mysa Smart Thermostat that fits your heating system, add them to your cart. Already have Mysa for Baseboards (V1, V2 or LITE)? Great, skip to Step 3.

3. Connect your devices in Hilo in 15 minutes

Install your Mysa, connect it to Wi-Fi, and link it to the Hilo app. This enrolls you in the service and Rate Flex D automatically.

4. Receive your bonus

Your bonus will be issued within three months after you connect your Mysa to Hilo and accept the financial assistance agreement.

Available to eligible Hydro-Quebec residential customers.
Eligible Mysa devices are Mysa for Baseboard V1/V2 and Mysa LITE for Baseboard.
Customer must enroll in Rate Flex D, stay enrolled for 12 months, connect eligible Mysa devices to Hilo, and accept the financial assistance agreement.
