For Central Cooling & Heating

With the app I can keep my house cool without an air conditioner, and help save money. I love the Mysa system.

The Mysa Central a/c works well. It shows information easily and can be figured out by people without having to study the screen. The app shows activity at many different levels, from overall usage to granular showing of temperature in the room.

I own all the other Mysa products for mini split and baseboard heating and they work great. I was waiting for central heating products to arrive and now have three installed with ease. Excellent customer support with my C wire adapter wiring.

I'm having a problem with installation. The **** terminal (for the red wire) coming out of the c-wire adaptor seems to have failed. The **** is not gripping or holding the red wire. While I hold it in place, the thermostat is powered, but the connection is very intermittent when I let go of the wire. This is the 4th unit I have installed, and the first time I have had this problem. Can I return it for a replacement.

Had trouble with first thermostat.Tech support was very helpful and sent me a replacement. Worked perfectly. Definitely adds to comfort while saving g money.

Controlling baseboard heaters using low voltage relay. I didn't know if I could do this with an existing relay setup. By adding the controller and the C-wire power adapter it works perfectly.

Works as advertised. Clear instructions to connect. No Problems.

One of the things I like is the communication your firm promotes. You cannot find that with many suppliers.

I now have two units and will get two more soon. We have two homes and I like the ability to manage each one separately.

Struggled getting the c wire adapter hooked up. Switch to another kind. Love the one in the bathroom,wished I could have figured the living out. Like the products. Rwturning the living room thermostat.

I was installing this thermostat to replace an existing two wire thermostat that ran a relay switch to a group of baseboards. It is not a normal install and the support from Mysa was nothing short of superb. They sent complete descriptions and diagrams on how to hook up, all within a few hours of my inquiry. Hard to find such good service these days.

Can you add humidity control to this devise? If so, I would say5 star.

Replaced a nest thermostat that was no longer supported and a mercury thermostat in the garage. Went with Mysa again as I have one at our cabin. Great product

The thermostat in my apartment when I moved in was a single function unit that never really seemed to know what temperature it actually was but the Mysa one I installed can keep an accurate range (with humidity which is so nice for my allergies) with heating and cooling boundaries. It looks better and works better.

There is one thing that could be better - knowing how common jumper wires are and the variability of low voltage terminals it would have made installation so much faster and easier if I didn’t have to go to 3 different hardware stores to try to find a wire that worked to jump the necessary terminals. Aside from that it’s great and I’m very pleased.

Working with the beta team through the Central HVAC beta cycle was great. The device iteself is fantastic, and I am looking forward to Matter support and additional software features you are adding.

HVAC thermostat doesn’t have the Early Start feature . It also doesn’t call HEAT when temp goes down 1 degree. Room temp sits 1 degree below set temp for a long period of time before calling for HEAT and there are times when I have to adjust the thermostat 2 degrees above room temp just to get the HEAT on and back up to set temp. It also doesn’t allow switching between FAN AUTO and FAN ON with completely reconfiguring the thermostat.

Software programming needs a bit of work to get it up to Smart Thermostat standards.

Doesn't work as advertised. Does not connect to Amazon Alexa. They said they're "still working on it" which is lame. And misrepresentation.

All worked wonderfully. Just as our electric baseboard thermostats have for years already. Thanks!

I dont think it works with my Mitsubishi central HVAC system.

Does a better job than the other smart thermostats I've used and the app gives you all the information you need to make the best use of your home heating dollars.

The product works great and looks good.
The app is easy to use and I like that the dashboard show both the setpoint and current room temp, not just the setpoint like some products.
Scheduling is easy.

Great thermostat with smart features and great app functionality.
Installation and connection to wi-fi was easy straightforward, love the modern look upgrade from my old thermostats
my favorite feature is the ability to set detailed schedules
control the temperature remotely from my phone when i am away on vacation and my vacation home that i have
three V2 baseboard thermostats with the same App,
and monitor energy usage and cost.
I am very happy with mysa thermostats they are reliable and smart solutions for HVAC and high voltage systems highly recommend them

Has all the features I need. Very user friendly, while still being programmable.
