Can I control all my Mysas in the same app?

Yes. Control everything from the one app. Manage baseboard heating, ductless mini-splits, central HVAC, and electric in-floor heating in one place.Set unique schedules for each thermostat, and in the future group them all together for seamless control.

Can I control Mysa from my phone?

Yes. The free Mysa app gives you complete temperature control from your phone. Full control means adjusting your thermostat from bed, work, or vacation.

Does it require Wi-Fi?

Yes. Mysa needs a 2.4 GHz WiFi connection to enable remote control, voice commands, smart home integration, and app-based features like energy reports . Without WiFi, the thermostat still regulates temperature using manual controls on the device itself, but you lose all smart functionality. Make sure your WiFi signal reaches the thermostat location before installation

Does Mysa have a microphone or speaker?

No. It's a thermostat, not a listening device. We believe those experiences are best left to a smart home speaker that's likely updated more often than your thermostat.

Does Mysa sell my data?

No. We sell thermostats. That's how we make money. Full stop.

How does a smart thermostat save more than a programmable one?

Programmable thermostats rely on manual input that often fails. Research shows 73% of owners never use the scheduling features because they are too complicated. Mysa removes this human error. Geofencing detects when you leave to lower the heat automatically, while smart schedules save 3-5 hours of runtime daily while you sleep. You save 15-26% on heating costs without touching the dial.

How much can I actually expect to save on my heating and cooling bills?

Customers typically save 10-26% on heating & cooling costs. Heating and cooling is the single largest energy expense in North American homes. Natural Resources Canada identifies heating as 61% of total energy use, while the U.S. Department of Energy confirms a simple daily temperature setback cuts annual bills by 10%. Whether you are cutting down a $2,000 annual energy bill or tackling a harsh Canadian winter, Mysa ensures you never pay to heat an empty house.

Is it energy efficient?

Absolutely! The Mysa thermostat is designed to optimize energy usage, helping you save on heating costs. With features like scheduling and remote control, you can manage your energy consumption effectively. Enjoy a cozy home while being environmentally friendly.

What kind of network connection does Mysa require?

Each Mysa Thermostat uses about 0.5 MB of data per day. Mysa works with most household routers but requires a 2.4 GHz network connection; make sure your router can operate on 2.4 GHz (not just a merged network). No special routers are needed.

Forever Free

One App. Total Autonomy.

Whether you’re on the couch or across the country, the Mysa app gives you a clear, minimalist interface to adjust your home’s climate. No more checking room-to-room; just simple, instant control that respects your time.

Take the guesswork out of efficiency. Use the app to build one or multiple custom schedules that match your real life, or enable Geofencing to let your home automatically drop into Away mode the moment you leave. It’s intelligence that works for you, not the other way around.

Knowledge is power. For Baseboard V2 and In-floor, track every cent with real-time energy usage data. For Central HVAC and Mini-Split systems, dive into detailed runtime reports to see exactly how your system is performing. Data that helps you make smart decisions.

Your home is a collection of spaces, not just one temperature. Group your thermostats into Zones within the app to manage entire floors or several rooms with a single tap. Invite family members or tenants to share control, ensuring everyone stays cozy.

Your home should look out for those who can’t look out for themselves. Receive instant smart alerts if the temperature or humidity drifts outside the comfort zone in the nursery, or ensure your pets stay perfectly cozy while you’re at the office. It’s more than a notification; it’s the quiet confidence of knowing your family is safe and comfortable, no matter where you are.
