Got this thermostat a few years back and it just stopped working. Called Mysa and they sent me a new one right away at no charge.
I purchased 3 of the MYSA baseboard heaters V2 thermostats for my ski condo up in the mtns about 2 years ago. These thermostats have performed flawlesly!! They are extremelyeasy to use. Very high quality and perfectly reliable. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. The app works flawlesly and easly alows me to shut off all the heaters after my Airbnb guestscheck out. Even with a $1,000 install cost (old heaters + lots of drywall work needed) these thermostats paid for themselves in just a few months. This is my go to product for any line voltage heating systems going forward.
Works well. Easy to install, connecting to Bluetooth and WiFi right away. Very steady control of temperature.

Split systems needed this device and the execution of the idea is excellent.
Installation is well guided and the thermostat is very versatile in terms of options for controlling the split system.
I have not used yet with the air conditioning mode but in the heating mode I am experiencing much more even heating without spikes of warm and cold periods.
I would welcome more details on the extent of control the thermostat exercises over the split system. For example, does the thermostat override the split system sensor when there is a call for heating or cooling. Another question is whether the differential I am experiencing in the heating mode is the result of a conflict between the Mysa sensor and the split system sensor.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the Mysa thermostat.
Purchased this to replace a nuheat thermostat that was out of warranty. This is my second MySA, first was a V1 (that is still working perfectly) install is straight forward and easy, took around 10 minutes. Great thermostat, they work excellent, will probably be purchasing two additional units to replace the other two nuheat thermostats.

After a technical issue with version 1 of the thermostats, the support team worked with me to assess the issue and they determined that the thermostats needed to be replaced. They were very responsive and helpful and assisted in upgrading the equipment which now works flawlessly.
Easy installation, great instructions and useful feedback from the device itself to indicate a successful and correct installation. simple interface for temp control. I am using it to manage the temperature at a vacation cottage, so the real test will be if it successfully works to warn the cottage before our next arrival. IF it works as planned, we will get two more soon.
I was carefully reviewed other reviews before purchasing. I was really put off by some comments saying it went super bright at midnight. I decided to try it out regardless. I want to start by saying I have seen no midnight issue with them (I bought 6 of them). I love them. They manage the temperature extremely well (my major concern). You can dim the display to whatever degree you like or even turn it off completely. The remote control via the phone app works great (I only tried the android version). Setting a schedule works great and is easy. Combined with the rebates from my local power company made this super inexpensive. I fully recommend this product.
One of the things I like is the communication your firm promotes. You cannot find that with many suppliers.
I now have two units and will get two more soon. We have two homes and I like the ability to manage each one separately.

So far i love it! Easy to install and the app is great to adust schedule and temperature!
Shipment was fast, self installation and set up easy. This is for a second home so we appreciate having the app visibility when we are not there to monitor the temp of the house.
The Mysa Lite is a fantastic device. However the app could use a history log for when the unit turns on and how long it was on and off. Installation was very easy.
