Customer Requirements

Your rebate will be applied after tax at checkout.

Must be the homeowner and the home must have an active electricity account. The home must be on a permanent foundation and intended as a residence.

Your primary source of heat must be electric. If an additional heating source is used your home must have a minimum annual electricity usage of 15,000 kilowatt hours (kWh).

Newfoundland Power and Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro may visit your home and confirm the thermostat installation at any time within 15 months from when the rebate was processed.
