Mysa’s demand response programs will always be homeowner-first. DR programs are built around small changes to manage the grid, never focus on a single home, and can be overridden by you at any time. There are no options for your utility to request a lockout, shutdown, or limit changes.

Purchasing Mysas for your home using a utility rebate does not mean that you are automatically enrolled in a Mysa DR program, even if your utility provider has a program in place.

By simply taking advantage of utility-sponsored rebates to purchase energy - saving technology like Mysa (or other home efficiency upgrades), you’re already helping create a more sustainable future - with or without a DR program.
