Mini split thermostat works great. Only thing I don’t like is when the Mysa thermostat sends a command to the air handler it shows the temperature in Celsius on the air handler even though I have the setting on Fahrenheit on the thermostat. I changed the temperature on the air handler to Fahrenheit with the remote, but the Mysa thermostat changes is back to Celsius when it sends a command.
Thermostats work great! Definitely an improvement from the old analog ones. The best part is I can control my temperature remotely!

Thermostats are professional. App is easy to use and I got great tech support when I ran into a snag during installation. They diagnosed my issue and sent me a new thermostat.
The Mysa Central a/c works well. It shows information easily and can be figured out by people without having to study the screen. The app shows activity at many different levels, from overall usage to granular showing of temperature in the room.
We put these thermostats in our Total electric wall heating electric house. We set them all in the same temperature and we are now saving $100 a month because of that use of something that provides very even heat throughout our own. I’m going to learn to change them from Celsius to Fahrenheit and how to control them while away from home. I was told I could get help if I called in to the T. So thank you very much

The Thermostats work very well and I can mange them from my easy chair or around the world via the Internet. Several of my neighbors have bought them and I am going to help another neighbor later this week order some for her.
The thermostat in my apartment when I moved in was a single function unit that never really seemed to know what temperature it actually was but the Mysa one I installed can keep an accurate range (with humidity which is so nice for my allergies) with heating and cooling boundaries. It looks better and works better.
There is one thing that could be better - knowing how common jumper wires are and the variability of low voltage terminals it would have made installation so much faster and easier if I didn’t have to go to 3 different hardware stores to try to find a wire that worked to jump the necessary terminals. Aside from that it’s great and I’m very pleased.
Installed very easily and has worked flawlessly. Nice to have another Mysa in the house!
Very easy to install and configure once you power them up. The app works great and guides you through the steps. Purchased them for every rooms secondary electric baseboards in my ski house in the Catskills. Allows me to control all of them from anywhere or just monitor the house temperature and alert me if the temperature drops due to an issue with the houses primary heat source.

Very easy set up and works pretty much as expected. A very easy set up for scheduling to allow for reduce electricity consumption where heating or cooling is not needed.
Love the product no more high and low temperatures... Maintains temp perfectly. Also from an installation perspective wiring diagrams are very straightforward and simple plus it's very simple and easy and probably one of the more easier devices to connect to your Wi-Fi
Working with the beta team through the Central HVAC beta cycle was great. The device iteself is fantastic, and I am looking forward to Matter support and additional software features you are adding.
I own all the other Mysa products for mini split and baseboard heating and they work great. I was waiting for central heating products to arrive and now have three installed with ease. Excellent customer support with my C wire adapter wiring.
Your advertised installation time of 15 minutes is overly optimistic. There's the time to go to the basement to turn the breaker off and the time to go back down again to turn it on. I have had some trouble with a couple of units connecting the thermostat to my Wi-Fi although I eventually got it done. Also, the electrical box might be more crowded than expected which adds to the time of getting everything reassembled. I'm not sure how much money I'm saving (if any) since I now turn the heat on remotely before I go home. I used to sit in the cold until the temperature came up. In terms of comfort, it's definitely a plus.
I am on day 2 of my installation. I have a home with electric base board heat. I had 5 vintage temperature dials changed to Mysa V2 devices. Some of the Mysa V2 connected easily. There were 2 that gave me an issue. I went into my phone and forgot the devises and tried again with success. The app works fantastic. You can see each device. You can use the app to change the temperature in any direction. You can also create schedules. But the real cherry on top is connecting it to Alexa. I can now ask Alexa to change my temperature, and for 2 days it works flawless. I hope this continues. Clicking on each device will also show you how much energy each unit is using. I am already keeping an excel sheet. 2 days in and happy!
Had to fix my wires, but now it work like a charm!! Love the design and the black color is a awesome!
