You own a single-family home (detached, semi-detached, townhouse, or mobile home on a permanent foundation) in Ontario.
You're an Enbridge Gas residential customer, or your home is connected to the IESO-controlled grid through an Ontario local utility (Cornwall Electric customers are not eligible).
Your primary heating source is a furnace or boiler — gas, electric, or a gas-electric hybrid.
One rebate unit per household.
Program runs until December 31, 2026
Not eligible: Condos, apartments, multi-unit buildings, and homes primarily heated by a natural gas fireplace (unless your home also has central AC connected to the grid).
