I’ve had a MYSA thermostat for several years. It controls a wall heater in my pottery studio. It has worked flawlessly thru severe temperatures and power outages (comes back on w/o issues). It is an essential part of my business because freezing clay for even one evening is a big issue here in the Idaho winters. I had a problem recently and the support staff responded to my call immediately, resolving the hardware issue within days. I was absolutely amazed at the quality of service!

A display for outside temperature in the region against each device tile in the app would be nice. It would be even greater if its possible to program based on outside temperature.

Great product. But I had to dig to find the the geofencing feature, where I would have preferred to have been automatically prompted to set it up.
I purchased eight thermostats and then realized I needed one more. I contacted their service office and asked if I could possibly receive the discount given when customers order more than one. They said yes and process my order. It arrived with in a day. I absolutely love the thermostats and the convenience they provide. They are also nice looking and provide information other units do not all at the convenience of my iphone.
Got this thermostat a few years back and it just stopped working. Called Mysa and they sent me a new one right away at no charge.
I purchased 3 of the MYSA baseboard heaters V2 thermostats for my ski condo up in the mtns about 2 years ago. These thermostats have performed flawlesly!! They are extremelyeasy to use. Very high quality and perfectly reliable. I have nothing but good things to say about this product. The app works flawlesly and easly alows me to shut off all the heaters after my Airbnb guestscheck out. Even with a $1,000 install cost (old heaters + lots of drywall work needed) these thermostats paid for themselves in just a few months. This is my go to product for any line voltage heating systems going forward.
Works well. Easy to install, connecting to Bluetooth and WiFi right away. Very steady control of temperature.
