Shipment was fast, self installation and set up easy. This is for a second home so we appreciate having the app visibility when we are not there to monitor the temp of the house.
The Mysa Lite is a fantastic device. However the app could use a history log for when the unit turns on and how long it was on and off. Installation was very easy.

Easy to install. East to use. Love the app which allows us to monitor and adjust heat and temperature for the downstairs rooms in vacation house upstate. It’s about time smart thermostat technology became available for electric baseboard heating units.
Mysa has been great. I thought one was broken because no matter how hard I tried, I couldn’t get it back on line. Somehow, my son got it to work! Didn’t have to replace! Now to figure out how to return
This purchase of the 3 thermostat are numbers 7-10 of 10. Now my entire house all are on the same system. Love the fact that all rooms are on their own schedule depending on how it’s been used during the day/nigh. I also purchased the whole house AC thermostat, new to their lineup recently.

It works, it's simple and the installation was easy! The app is pretty straightforward with a lot of options if you're interested in being into all that!
I was installing this thermostat to replace an existing two wire thermostat that ran a relay switch to a group of baseboards. It is not a normal install and the support from Mysa was nothing short of superb. They sent complete descriptions and diagrams on how to hook up, all within a few hours of my inquiry. Hard to find such good service these days.

I am very happy with my baseboard heater thermostats and extremely happy with Mysa support. They were prompt and very helpful.
Mini split thermostat works great. Only thing I don’t like is when the Mysa thermostat sends a command to the air handler it shows the temperature in Celsius on the air handler even though I have the setting on Fahrenheit on the thermostat. I changed the temperature on the air handler to Fahrenheit with the remote, but the Mysa thermostat changes is back to Celsius when it sends a command.
