Visit Hilo's website and order your hub at no cost. Select Mysa as your smart thermostat during sign-up.Already have a Hilo Hub? Skip to step 3

3. Enroll your devices in Hilo in 15 minutes

Install your Mysa, connect it to WiFi, and link it to the Hilo app. This enrolls you in the program automatically.

4. Receive your bonus

Your bonus will be paid out in the weeks following the connection of your device(s) to Hilo and your acceptance of the Financial Assistance Agreement.

✓ Available to Hydro-Québec residential customers
✓ Eligible devices: Mysa for Baseboard (V1, V2) and Mysa LITE for Baseboard
✓ Receive $70 bonus per Mysa LITE or $110 bonus per Mysa V1/V2 connected to the Hilo app
✓ Maximum 10 eligible thermostats per home
✓ Must enroll in Rate Flex D and stay enrolled for 12 months
✓ Financial Assistance Agreement required
