How to create a new help topic
Navigate to the global-help-topics-data block editor in the Contentful dashboard.
The page will automatically scroll down to the More Data field. This is where all the help topic data is maintained.
To create a new rebate, click the + link to the right of the "Help Topics" heading (in red). New form fields will be displayed.
Fill in the form fields (described below), then click the Add Topic button.
"Add Topic" form fields:
The fields under the "en" heading are English, and will appear when the locale is en-CA or en-US. The fields under the "fr" heading are French, and will appear when the locale is fr-CA.
topic: this is the text that will appear in the help topic button.
href: this is the url that the help topic button links to.
How to update an existing help topic
Navigate to the global-help-topics-data block editor in the Contentful dashboard.
Find the relevant rebate, and update the fields as required.
Review the changes in the test environment.
Publish the changes by clicking the Publish button.
How to remove an existing help topic
Navigate to the global-help-topics-data block editor in the Contentful dashboard.
Find the relevant help topic, and click the x button to the right of the "en" heading (in blue).
Publish the changes by clicking the Publish button.
