At Mysa, we are continuing to work hard to get all units out to our customers as soon as possible. We successfully completed our first (very) small manufacturing run and will be delivering those units this and next week. All of those units received some additional testing and passed all of our internal tests.
This means that we were able to start mass production this week (January 15th). We will ship units in batches of 500 thermostats with the first batch shipping in the first week of February. You will receive three emails from us in this process:
- A reminder email to update your order details if necessary five days before we charge your card
- A confirmation when we charge your card, about two weeks before your thermostats will be shipped
- A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has shipped
For most of our customers, shipping will take 2-5 business days.
